Project Officer – BHOPA

HelpAge International (www.helpage.org) is the secretariat to the HelpAge Global Network, which brings together a wide range of organisations and individuals working together to ensure that older people lead dignified, active, healthy and secure lives. HelpAge International’s secretariat is based in London, UK but works in 41 countries across the world.

HelpAge seeks to recruit a Health and Care Project Officer for a project being implemented through two local partners in Manhiça and Chibuto districts, and links with the Ministry of Health at all administrative levels (Central, provincial and district) as well as health facilities in the localities of these two districts.

The ideal candidate will be an individual with a lot of experience in collaborating with and supporting local partner organisations and multi-level engagement with government institutions. The candidate successful candidate is required to have proven experience in Public Health.
